Since there's no UI for making questions for CSAT and the table is currently empty in stage, we have to populate it with SQL so that poll functionality works. (And then we can edit each option after it's there.) SQL attached and was run in bug 519582 but apparently needs review anyhow.

Run this sql
There are references to "Firefox" and "support.mozilla.com" but we can change those options, just not add them, via the UI.

Fixed by bug 519582 ... we can now go in and edit the text of the questions.

Verified FIXED; I've edited https://mobile.support-stage.mozilla.org/tiki-admin_poll_questions.php?locale=en-US&pollQuestionId=1 and saved (and then restored to the original question) just fine.
